What’s the difference between Sample Meter and Swatch?
Sample Meter allows you to upload your own design and receive a longer piece so you can fully evaluate print quality, color, and hand-feel. Swatch is a smaller hand-cut piece from our existing designs — no custom upload needed.
Can I upload my own design for a Swatch?
No. Fabric Swatches are cut from our ready-to-order designs only. If you need to test your own artwork, please order a Fabric Sample Meter.
Will the sample color match the bulk order?
Yes. We use the same printing process and fabric base for samples and production. For critical projects, we recommend ordering a Sample Meter for final approval.
Can I return or exchange samples?
Samples are made to order, so we generally cannot accept returns. If you receive a defective sample, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
Can I request the same fabric for my bulk order?
Absolutely. Simply reference your sample order number or select the same fabric when placing your bulk order. We’ll match it exactly.
